exHERION Municipal Business Incubator

ExHERION is a public business incubator, run and owned by the City of Venice.

The Incubator is located on Giudecca Island in Venice at the property known as "EX HERION" and covers an area of about 2850 square meters on two buildings, the "former church" and the former "deposit"; the property has been renovated with the co-financing of the European Regional Development Fund - ERDF.

The incubator hosts new enterprises in the start-up for a maximum period of three years, which may be renewed for another three after evaluation inquiry.

The building "former church", originally the Church of Saints Cosmas and Damian, is notified as property of historical and artistic value in accordance with the legislation on cultural heritage.

Each office, of various sizes, is equipped with an electrical system, heating, air conditioning, telephone and data transmission.
